We started this firm with a simple goal: to make taxes and business easier to understand for real people.

I’m Antonio, the founder of Vazant Consulting. I work with individuals, families, and business owners who want to be treated like people, not transactions.

I’ve worked with individuals, families, and hundreds of businesses, including LLCs, S-Corporations, and C-Corporations. I’ve also spent time in the tax relief space, helping people work through IRS notices and situations that felt stressful or uncertain. I know how important it is to have someone patient and honest guiding you through what comes next.

I have experience with multiple CPA firms and tax environments, supporting both straightforward filings and more complex tax situations. That experience gave me exposure to a wide range of compliance requirements and real-world issues, and reinforced the importance of accuracy, structure, and precise communication.

My background also includes retail, small business operations, and building companies from the ground up. I understand the day-to-day realities of running a business while managing finances alongside other responsibilities. That experience shapes how I work. I don’t judge, and I don’t overcomplicate things. I focus on practical solutions and clear explanations.

The Meaning Behind Our Name

The name Vazant comes from something personal. Growing up, my name was often listed as “Vaz, Ant” on school attendance sheets, and I was almost always called last. Over time, that small detail stuck with me.

When it came time to build this business, I chose the name Vazant as a reminder of where I started and the promise I made to myself. No one should ever feel overlooked or pushed to the end of the line. Every client deserves care, attention, and respect.
